History von PRIVATEER (Bordbuch des schwarzen Schiffes)
PRIVATEER wurde am 5. Juli 2005 gegründet.
Die Band begann mit dem Covern von Songs von Bands wie Nightwish
(Wishmaster) oder Helloween (Future World).
Sie taten dies für ihr eigenes Vergnügen, auch waren sie aber neugierig
wie solche Musik in Polen ankommt oder ob es Leute gibt mit denen oder
für welche man diese Musik spielen kann.
Pivateer nahm sein erstes Mini-Album „Monolith“ auf. Dies ist der Beginn
einer großen Geschichte….
Privateer eroberte das Cacrow Festival am 18.02.2006.
Nach diesem Sieg, kam das Schwarze Schiff in Warschau an. Im Progresja
Club ließen die Kanonen von Privateer die Erde beben !
Im Februar 2006 spielte Privateer auf dem Wintertour Festival mit
Archeon und Sorcerer.
Am 02.07.2006 spielte die Band im Rydnek Glowny in Krakau als erste
Metal-Band in der Geschichte !
Im Juni 2006 nahm Privateer ihr erstes Album im Diamond Records Studio
auf – „The Traitors“.
Am 04.11.2006 gewann Privateer das größte Rock Festival Polens – Das
Rock Mayday Festival in Glogow und schlug 142 Bands. Power Metal hat
über andere Metalstile triumphiert. Dies war unser großer Sieg in Polen.
Das Album „The Traitors“ erschien 2007.

PRIVATEER’S HISTORY (The Black Ship’s log-book) :
PRIVATEER was founded on 5th July 2005.
The band started from covering the songs of bands such as Nightwish
(Wishmaster) or Helloween (Future World).
They did so for their own pleasure, curious to see, if it is possible to
play such music in Poland, if there are people to play with and to play for.
Privateer recorded first mini album „Monolith“.
This is the beginning of the great history….
Privateer conquered and totaly dominated Cracow Rock Festiwal on 02/18/2006
After this victory, the Black Ship arrived to Warsaw. At Progresja Club
cannons of Privateer shook the ground!
In February 2006 Privateer played on Winter Tour Festival with Archeon
and Sorcerer.
On 07/02/2006 the band, played on Rynek Glowny in Cracow as a first
metal band in history!!
In the warm days of june 2006 Privateer recorded a personal material in
Diamond Records studio.
Its a first Lp of Privateer – „The Traitors“.
On 04/11/2006 Privateer won the biggest rock festiwal in Poland and
defeat 142 polish band – Rock Mayday Festiwal in Glogow. Power Metal was
tryumphed over others styles. That was our great victory!
Privateer’s played a promo concerts, and mini tour on Slovakia with
Witchking in the fall of 2006.
The album „The Traitors“ was released 2007.
